A ray of sunshine… is what some of Angela’s delighted vendors call her!
Areas: Lifestyle and residential, from Waihi to Whakamarama.
Angela brings an enthusiastic and positive approach to real estate.
She believes in a personal touch, which is evident throughout her communication. Angela builds relationships where she listens and then suggests, rather than bullying. She puts a big emphasis on communication at all stages of the process.
Angela constantly works to find solutions and create fresh interest in the property she is selling. “I stay motivated. If we get a “no” from a buyer, I say “onwards and upwards and on to the next one.”
Clients say nobody does it better than Angela, and that she is extremely helpful and offers exceptional service.
Angela believes in going the extra mile, and that customer service is the most important element.
Angela is a member of the Interior Design Guild. Her first hand skills and knowledge of design trends have been of invaluable assistance to clients, helping both vendors and buyers.
Angela has over 25 years of experience in customer service. Since joining the real estate industry in 2005 she has enthusiastically embraced all aspects of a career in Real Estate.
She regularly attends courses relevant to the Real Estate profession and brings to the industry time management, excellent communication and outstanding negotiation skills.
Angela chose to work with Claridges Real Estate because of the flexibility and room for our salespeople to think outside the square. She says more time can be devoted to selling, rather than sitting in meetings. Testament to this, Angela is a multi-million dollar sales achiever with a fresh approach and a total commitment to securing the best possible results for her clients and customers.
Angela lives on a Kiwifruit orchard in Pahoia with her partner Merv and 20 year old daughter Brittany.
She was born in the United Kingdom but her parents returned to New Zealand to raise her. Angela completed a BA Degree from Auckland University and a Secondary Teacher Diploma from the Auckland College of Education. She specialised in Art and Art History while teaching at Epsom Girls Grammar school.
Angela then trained as a flight attendant and worked with Air New Zealand for ten years. She says travel broadened her experiences and appreciation of other cultures and ability to relate to a cross section of people. While working for Air New Zealand she also studied interior and landscape design.
After that she divided her time between motherhood, interior design and her husband’s vehicle import business, until joining the real estate industry.
Angela enjoys walking, gardening and all forms of art and design and has lived at Pahoia since 2003. Establishing wonderful friendships, sound local knowledge and a love of living in the area.
