I started my real estate career in 1997. I soon found that it was a profession I could really enjoy as it gave me the opportunity to meet interesting and lovely people from all walks of life, plus a chance to help them move forward in their lives by facilitating the sales of their homes.

The company I worked for was an independent company and I enjoyed the flexible approach of our company management, which seemed more suited to meeting the requirements of our clients than the more rigid approach of franchised companies.

In 2006 I decided to start my own real estate company and loved the challenge and potential that I could create in my own style, a company that reflected my desires to offer clients a fresh approach to marketing as well as building a team of sales people to work for the company who were handpicked for their integrity, work ethics and communication skills. I also wanted a team that was willing to work co-operatively, to assist each other where necessary to provide the best service possible to clients and purchasers.

Apart from offering a friendly team service, there are several company policies that I have found very well received by the selling/buying public and they are as follows:

  • Our company only uses generous size advertisements so that properties are promoted very visibly.
  • Our company allows vendors freedom to tailor make their preferred style of marketing, including not having Open Homes, if that is their preference.
  • Our company rebates all vendor paid contributions for newsprint advertising from a full commission achieved on a successful sale of their property.
