Short Biography

Working with people and having business acumen helps to get the results that are important. Prior to Real Estate I worked in the Finance and Insurance Industry as a selling agent, (15years) where I became a member of the International Top 25. Owner of a logistics linehaul company, more recently a commercial orchard with 1750 trees and various other businesses which I have bought and sold, including restaurants and cafés over a 45 year period. 

My belief is that real estate is about relating to people, establishing trust and confidence and having the ability to achieve exceptional results. I see myself as a professional and have earned over the years a reputation for communication and integrity in all areas of buying, selling and negotiation, coupled with the highest standard of personal service. My aim as always is to make buying and selling real estate as stress free as possible. 

Negotiation skills are a very big part of the sales process and can make the difference between a sale price and very good sale price. The focus should always be on what you can convince the buyer to pay, therein lays the essence of a successful result and a very satisfied client.
